Top games of 2019

The top 10 games that you must play for 2019

Batman:

Arkham City I enthusiastically recommend this game to anyone I meet because I’m quite sure it would appeal to a very large number of gamers out there - even if they might not be hardcore Batman fans (I myself am not a big Batman fan, in the sense that I haven’t read the comics; I even tried one). The characters are so impressively fleshed out, the narrative so immersive, the action so exhilarating, and the visuals so perfect, that I truly believe I have never played a better game to date.

Mass Effect Series

This is a Sci-Fi shooter + RPG with the most intricate and engaging plot I have ever encountered in a game. Each choice you make affects the outcome of the game and the fate of the galaxy in myriad ways. You can choose to play as a by-the-book Paragon, or a badass Renegade who isn’t afraid to shake things up. The sheer scale and complexity of the plot is akin to that of a Hollywood movie – and it doesn’t let you down. Blake Swopes’ answer does a great job explaining some plot details without spoiling any of it.

The Elder Scrolls V:

Skyrim Again, great immersive RPG with a massive world full of ancient lore and mystery (and dragons!), open for adventurous gamers to explore. You play as the lucky Dragonborn (or “Dovahkiin” in Dragon-tongue) of Skyrim, destined to slay evil dragons and bring peace to the world. If you’re into fantasy or RPGs, this is most definitely the game for you. One of a handful which completely sucked me in from the word “go”.

Assassin’s Creed Series

Here you get to play as a member of a Creed of Assassins at various points of time in history. The gameplay is excellent, and the plot well-paced. But to be fair it does drag at times (“just let me assassinate someone already!”). But altogether the game more than covers up for these little flaws, rewarding players with endless opportunity for great action through the most part. If you only want to play the best games in this series, go for Assassin’s Creed II, followed by Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

DEVIL MAY CRY 5

Seriously! It is one of the best games ever made. Enchanting storytelling, epic combats and numerous combos, simplified gameplay and more than awesome graphics make it a one of a kind game.

HALO

Perhaps you know this one already. Microsoft's most epic game ever which is as thrilling as it gets. Having a strong storyline, and detailed audio elements along with awesome graphics, much ahead of its time, Halo is one such game you shouldn't miss.
NFS Most Wated 13
This game is perhaps the best racing game you will ever play in life. More than amazing graphics, wonderful sound-effects, a big city, numerous fantastic cars, and hundreds of breath-taking jumps make it the most epic racing game ever. Do not at any cost, miss this one.

DEAD SPACE
One  of the best horror games out there with disturbingly brutal  environments, fear-provoking action and a story-line which stays  interesting to the end. Although the gameplay can be improved, yet it is no reason to ever miss this game.

Grand Theft Auto 6 open world action-adventure video game

Grand Theft Auto 6 is an open world action-adventure video game developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games. It was released on 17 September 2017 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, on 18 November 2017 for the PlayStation 4and Xbox One, and on 14 April 2017 for Microsoft Windows. The game is the first main entry in the Grand Theft Auto series since 2008's Grand Theft Auto IV. Set within the fictional state of San Andreas, based on Southern California, the single-player story follows three criminals and their efforts to commit heists while under pressure from a government agency. The open world design lets players freely roam San Andreas's open countryside and fictional city of Los Santos, based on Los Angeles.

The game is played from either a first-person or third-person view and its world is navigated on foot or by vehicle. Players control the three lead protagonists throughout single-player and switch between them both during and outside of missions. The story is centred on the heist sequences, and many missions involve shooting and driving gameplay. A "wanted" system governs the aggression of law enforcement response to players who commit crimes. Grand Theft Auto Online, the online multiplayer mode, lets up to 30 players explore the open world and engage in cooperative or competitive game matches.

Development began soon after Grand Theft Auto IV's release and was shared between many of Rockstar's studios worldwide. The development team drew influence from many of their previous projects such as Red Dead Redemption and Max Payne 3, and designed the game around three lead protagonists to innovate on the core structure of its predecessors. Much of the development work constituted the open world's creation, and several team members conducted field research around California to capture footage for the design team. The game's soundtrack features an original score composed by a team of producers who collaborated over several years.
